Well, I've seriously backed off in the last month so there is no way that I'll be making the target by the end of the year. I've still doubled my distance from 2009 which is a fine result.
There were times when I over did it to the point that I was chronicaly tired and eating bags upon bags of confectionary and bread and anything else with sugar and carbs. That can't be good for you :-D
